I’m so pleased to have been chosen as one of 43 artists in the upcoming View Finder exhibition at ArtsWorcester. My piece, Life Among Decay depicts the rotted stumps and logs of fallen trees in the forest at the Black Pond Trail in Harvard, MA. But, despite the death of these trees, life is teeming among the decay. Various fungus, moss, lichen, ferns, and animals all thrive. Painted in watercolor mixed media in 2023, I’m pleased to have this piece now shown to the public in-person.

Artworks showcase scenes of majestic natural beauty, geometric cityscapes, and snapshots of the world around us through a wide range of media and styles. Artworks for View Finder were selected by Sarah Montross, Chief Curator, DeCordova Sculpture Park and Museum/The Trustees.
