Created in November of 2020, Remembering the Sun was created as we entered the darkest days of the year and there was already a yearning to see the sun again. This was created as a reminder of the brighter days of past summers and with hope for brighter days in the coming year. Created on thick black mixed media paper, the art is 5x7" in size on 6x8" paper. Sennelier oil pastels and a small amount of gold leaf were used to create the drawing. It was sprayed with Sennelier oil pastel fixative for protection.

This page is to purchase the ORIGINAL piece of signed art. This is not a print. This comes without matting or framing, wrapped up carefully on backing board with glassine paper to protect the pastels, and wrapped in a final plastic layer to protect from water damage. It will come shipped in a rigid cardboard envelope.

Purchasing original art will allow you to see the original beauty of the art created by the artist's hands for you to display as you wish. However, it does not give the purchaser the right to reproduce, re-sell, or otherwise use except for display in a home or office setting.
